Thoughts on Dr. Fu

I am endlessly grateful for your support and dedication to the team. It is an absolute honor to represent your name during the various events, and the positive reception we constantly receive when we are on the roads, and in other cities. Although it is not something I have strived to experience, I've had the honor of recieiving care from the UPMC team with your support on multiple occasions. Once with Dr. Mares from a broken leg, which we were able to get me back to recovery without surgery, another occasion of a quick review from a wrist sprain, and another from an accicdent in a race where I fractured 7 vertebrae. Dr. Donaldson was quick to assist from the ask of Dr. Fu; and we were able to determine that a risky invasive surgery would not be necessary. I have strongly recovered from all 3 of these injuries, and with each of them; it was an experience and treatment that was of the highest caliber. It has been a great honor to be a part of the team, and we will celebrate the gifts from Dr. Fu in the days ahead.
